Arlington National Cemetery Explorer

A website and mobile app that provides the user with a detailed map of Arlington National Cemetery, the United States military cemetery. The map is composited from satellite photography overlaid with a street map. Users may search for a specific grave by entering the details of the person interred, or browse a list of notable graves and other places of interest. Once a grave or location is selected, the app provides navigation instructions from the user's current location as determined by GPS. The app also presents self-guided tours, each of which provides written historical information about a series of graves that are connected by a theme, such as "Navy Medal of Honor Tour".
