A digitally augmented urn, memento object or memorial plaque containing a built-in Bluetooth beacon, designed to be used in conjunction with a companion mobile app. The app contains an online profile with information, media and messages from or about the deceased person. This profile is activated when the app is used in close proximity to the smart urn.
